Presenter instructions
◊ Mark the time and date of Live test of the platform on Monday, December 6 at 10.30 CET (Central European Time), 14.00 CET and 17.00 CET. Be present at any of the listed timings.
◊ For a short instruction to the on OnAIR platform, you are welcome to see this video
◊ Access to the OnAIR platform where the conference is taking place will be sent by Friday, December 3.
◊ Please note that only Edge Chromium and Chrome browsers will work with the platform.
◊ You must join the session via Join as panellist button 15 minutes before the start of the session, not 15 minutes before your scheduled lecture time!
◊ If you enter during a session via zoom pop out window, please disable audio and video so as not to disrupt the ongoing lecture.
◊ Please have the Zoom app downloaded before the event.
◊ PowerPoint presentation must be in 16:9 format. Please do not make any notes in presenter view. The time of the oral presentation is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes and 4 minutes for discussion.
◊ If you have a Mac laptop, make sure to enable allowed screen sharing on your computer beforehand in case you will be sharing a PowerPoint presentation or a video
◊ Please have your presentations & videos ready for testing on December 6, 2021.
◊ It is appreciated that you are connected to the internet via UTP and not Wi-Fi!
◊ There will be a moderator present in each of your sessions. The moderator will read out the featured questions to you in order to allow you to focus on the presentation.
◊ The online platform will remain available for one month after the live event as an on-demand platform: you will be able to (re-)watch all presentations until January 10, 2021.
