Registration
Registration is required for all conference participants.

How to register
Please create the new user account and with your e-mail address and password continue the on-line procedure. Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive automatically generated summary to your e-mail address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. New password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check the spam folder).
Otherwise, you should create a new user account and follow the provided instructions.

Registration fee includes:

• access the full Program (which will be available at Dates, Program) – create your own schedule, attend any and all lectures you want, when and where you want,
• network with colleagues – browse a list of participants and click on their names to contact them,
• proceedings published in IEEE Xplore.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Payment
Payment in euros without any charges to the beneficiary should be made by:

Important
Payments should clearly state the participant’s and/or accompanying person’s name(s). Payments should have the notification “ICAR”. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names. Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form. VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee.

Changes in registration
Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 10 EUR will be charged.

Conference Identification Badge
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the technical program without the conference badge. Tickets to social events will be collected at the entrance. During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference badges.

Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the ICAR Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than November 20, 2021, will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the conference. Cancellation received after November 21, 2021, will not be refunded.

Attendance Certificate
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to the registered participants.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Participants who require a visa to enter Slovenia need to request a letter of guarantee which will be issued by the Conference Secretariat. Payment of registration fee should be settled before the visa procedure starts. The letter of guarantee facilitates participant’s visa arrangements only, and does not imply provision of any financial or other support.

For citizens of many countries, a valid passport (or personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia. Participants are advised to inquire into visa requirements at the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate). Information on visas and addresses of Slovenian embassies is available on the web site of the: Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In case you will apply for a visa at any Slovenian embassy, please fill in the
Form – Letter of Guarantee
 in order to obtain the letter of guarantee and fax it to +386-1-24-17-296 or send it attached in an e-mail to registration@cd-cc.si as soon as possible. The organizer is authorized to demand payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts. Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and DHL post costs if needed). 

HOW TO APPLY FOR VISA

Register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Continue with the following steps:

Step 1: Fill in the Form – Letter of Guarantee and send your request to registration@cd-cc.si.

Step 2: After we have received the filled-in form we will issue a letter of guarantee and send you a copy by email and an original by post.

Step 3: Should you require the letter of guarantee immediately please inform us about it. We can arrange shipping by DHL. However, DHL costs need to be paid in advance.

Step 4: After you have received your letter of guarantee contact the embassy to issue your visa.
